Early in my career, I was a burned out behavior analyst working in schools and with families. Though I was skilled at modifying behaviors, I felt unfulfilled. Fast forward 20+ years, and through my own business I've developed a framework that blends behavioral science with personal development. I learned that while analyzing behaviors has value, unleashing our full potential requires addressing mindset on a deeper level. My methodology incorporates the latest research on how our brains work, integrating neuroscience and psychology to help people create bold visions and make transformational changes in their lives. In essence, I've taken my analytical skills and added in a missing piece - inspiration, encouragment and my coaching hat. My system leverages behavioral insights to help you identify your purpose and values. From there, we build the motivation, habits and environment to take purposeful action. The end result is living and leading from a place of vision - with fulfillment and impact. In my work with clients, this is typically applied to business and marketing even more specifically. So, while my background is in behavior analysis, this work has been an incredible journey of growth for me.
