Hello, I'm Eunice M.

Hello​,​ my name is Eunice Mathis. However​,​ most know me as "Nurse Eunice". I am a dedicated and compassionate registered nurse​,​ who endeavors to make a significant impact on the healthcare landscape. My journey into nursing - and nursing education - began with a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others. My ability to connect with patients​,​ colleagues​,​ and students from all walks of life​,​ coupled with an unwavering work ethic​,​ has helped me tremendously as a Nurse​,​ Nursing Professor​,​ and Nurse Entrepreneur. Currently​,​ I am the owner of Florida Training Academy​,​ a healthcare and safety training company. In this role​,​ I proudly serve as the lead educator and mentor to the next generation of nursing assistants​,​ nurses​,​ and nurse entrepreneurs. My life and nursing journey is a testament to the transformative power of nursing. In every interaction​,​ I try to exemplify the true essence of nursing – a blend of skill​,​ empathy​,​ innovation​,​ and a genuine commitment to the holistic well-being of others. I also train others to do the same.
